Volence in war-torn countries continues to displace large groups of people, forcing them to seek refuge elsewhere. The resulting refugee crisis, which has reached unprecedented levels, according to the United Nations, is as much a humanitarian catastrophe as it is a moral one. Humour Without Malice

A peasant from the countryside was in the city visiting a relative, who served him tea made with precious Songluo spring water. The peasant enjoyed the tea so much that he said "Excellent!" over and over, and thus his relative thought he could truly appreciate fine things. He asked his country cousin: "Are you referring to the tea or to the water?" The peasant said: "It's the hotness of the tea which I like the most."
