Quotable Quotes

The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness (Dalai Lama).

Humour Without Malice

A peasant from the countryside was in the city visiting a relative, who served him tea made with precious Songluo spring water. The peasant enjoyed the tea so much that he said "Excellent!" over and over, and thus his relative thought he could truly appreciate fine things. He asked his country cousin: "Are you referring to the tea or to the water?" The peasant said: "It's the hotness of the tea which I like the most."

Hikmah

O Lord show us things as they really are. (hadith)
