General Standard
An Assistant Research Fellow is expected to contribute towards the research effort of the Institute, develop expertise through the pursuit of projects relevant to his/her discipline, with or without guidance from senior colleagues.
Duties and Skills
- Conduct research under limited supervision, write and publish books and papers in refereed journals, attend conferences and present seminar papers and reports
- Participate in professional activities, contribute to the research culture of the Institute, membership of committees and contributions to the research output of his/her relevant unit
- Prepare and plan fund-raising activities and sponsorships for research
Qualifications and Experience
A PhD / Master’s Degree with relevant research experience of two years or more.
